Managing Split Ends

Split Ends are the bane of all of our hair I am sure!

How do you all deal with split ends?

Chop them off before they get worse, though I have an aversion to going to the hair salon to get them snipped, as I’d rather to do it myself!

I am eager to hear any tips any of you have in regards to fighting split ends.
